Five Ways to Get Out into the Community this Spring!
1. Find some inner peace with a weekly yoga and meditation practice.The Flourish Foundation, a local nonprofit focused on promoting inner wellness, offers a free weekly practice every Wednesday in Hailey. There are also lots of options for folks up north at Gather, Zenergy, or the YMCA!
2. Wander through wildflowers with the Wood River Chapter of the Idaho Native Plant Society for a free guided wildflower hike on Greenhorn Trail/Cow Connector Loop Trail between Hailey and Ketchum.
3. Bike down to the Ketchum Farmer’s Market. This resource is fantastic for finding produce, products, and everything else you could want for your pantry – all locally sourced!
4. Run around Redfish Lake at the annual Redfish Lake Lodge Memorial Run! The race offers 5k, 10k, half marathon, and a 1 mile run for the kids. It’s a great way to kick off the Redfish Lake season!
5.The Community Library offers a ton of both virtual and in-person events. From language learning classes to presentations with authors, there is a little something for everyone!
